UAS has State-of-the-Art processing facilities, which are all fully computerized and linked via a high speed data network. All deposits are controlled using the UAS tracking system from point of pickup to delivery, to a teller at UAS for processing. All deposits are electronically recorded, balanced and reported, using an advanced vault processing system. UAS vault operations can support cash, check or mixed deposits, and provide electronic transmission for provisional credit, deposit prepping and envelope processing.
Through our customer access portal, our customers can maintain vault records, view deposit records, and track their own orders and deposits. Coin and currency orders can be placed either via a centralized tele-entry system or via the customer access portal. Reporting can be provided in a wide variety of formats from text to delimited files, as well as bank interfaces or EDI. Our processing operations also specializes in non-cash item management, and we have programs in place to manage transit passes, gift certificates, postage and many other non-cash unique valuables. UAS is able to tailor customize processing and reporting to fit specific requirements, and has the ability to provide flexible cost-effective solutions for all our customers' vaulting needs.
