UAS is the Midwest's largest cash vault processor, incorporating the latest technology in both equipment and software. All processing work is done within our secured vault environment under total video surveillance. All workstations are equipped with high-speed currency counters, which interface into our cash management software.
UAS Cash Processing consists of a multitude of services.
Retail Deposit Verification:
Multiple customer deposits are picked up and received into the UAS cash-processing vault for verification by strap/bill to the deposit slips. They are then consolidated and deposited into the customer's account at their bank as one deposit.
Bank Deposit Verification/Outsource Work/Virtual Vault:
The processing of bank customer deposits picked up by UAS or any other carriers used by the bank. Deposits are received into the UAS cash-processing vault for verification strap/bill. Cash is consolidated and either held in an inventory for the bank and/or deposited into the Federal Reserve Bank on behalf of the bank. The bank maintains a virtual vault at UAS.
Federal Reserve Breakdown and Consolidation Bulk Currency:
Bulk shipments of currency shipped by banks to the Federal Reserve from multiple branch bank locations are verified by strap count or piece and consolidated for shipment into the Federal Reserve.
Bulk shipments from the Federal Reserve for consignment to the bank's multiple branch locations are broken down and prepared into individual orders per branch for delivery by UAS.
